Delivery

Shipping is via tracked NZ courier service. Shipping for all NZ orders is $10. Orders over $150 have free shipping. If you live locally and want to pick up your item or have it delivered, there will be no shipping cost.

Shipping to Australia is NZ$30, all other International shipping is NZ$50.

Returns Policy

Exchanges or full refunds are offered for any brand new items from our clothing brands. Items must be returned with tags on, in the same condition that they were received, and within ten days of purchase. Return postage will be at the customers expense. There will be no postage charge for an exchanged item. Items on sale, and preloved items will not be refunded.
