How long does shipping take?

Shipping is through NZ courier companies and usually takes 2-3 working days, however, COVID delays may occur. International shipping is through NZ Post and usually takes 1-2 weeks, again COVID dependent.

Can I return my item if it doesn't work for me?

Exchanges or WORN credit will be given for new items returned with tags in the same condition they were sent. Return postage of the items will be at the customers expense and we will send a replacement at no extra cost to the customer. Preloved items will not be credited or exchanged.
